How do I upgrade to the latest version of Log Info?
If you are a registered user of Log Info you can upgrade to the latest version, for FREE. Select the software and license type that you have and then enter the email address that was used to register Log Info as well as the original order number for your purchase.
From there you have access to download your registered version of Log Info. You will only be able to upgrade once. Our system will track your upgrade and the version that you are currently using.
After downloading the zipped (.zip) version of the software you can extract the new version where ever you had extracted the prior version of Log Info. You can choose to override the old/existing versions, or you can extract them into a different directory.
