Simply click on the Add button and in the Send To value you can enter a group of usernames, computernames or domains seperated by a : (colon) such as fredsmith:computer01:172.16.2.123
If you need to send to a large number of users you can use our Group Net Send utility to send a specific message to a list of usernames or computers. This utility is command line based (cmd.exe) and can be easliy added to a script procedure or automatically running process.
